Time-Tracker is web based timesheet software that allows company employees and agency contractors to record time spent on multiple projects and activities in a structured way. After they submit entries an electronic (pdf) version of a paper timesheet is automatically created for one or many approvers to sign in a secure and auditable way in just a few clicks. Once approved a pdf version of the signed document is emailed automatically to all parties.

No technical skills are required to set-up Time-Tracker as we do that for you from the information you provide. This hands-off approach for businesses means they can concentrate on running their business rather than administering it. Ultimately it can help manage costs and enhance invoicing processes.

Prices are ultimately determined by the complexity of your timesheet set-up and how often projects and activities are likely to change. However, in all cases we aim to give you a fixed price per timesheet, so once you’re set-up you’ll always know where you are with costs.

For customers with specific requirements and those who want to maintain a brand identity we can provide custom solutions and configuration to meet your needs, usually at very low cost.
