The new and fully updated Time-Tracker has now formally launched bringing a new level of ease to processing paper timesheets.

Many organisations still use paper timesheets to enable their consultants or employees to get their working time signed off by their clients. When they work on one project, based at a single site, with a single signing manager paper timesheets work but are never efficient. Companies today are demanding more from their workforces and many consultants and employees start to encounter administrative problems meeting the demands to be more flexible. Do any of these issues sound familiar?

The new and fully updated timesheet software creates, signs and manages timesheets in a fully automated way. Secure, electronic pdf documents are distributed for online signing with real signatures.

Simple Timesheet Software

The timesheet software is now fully automated and allows users to enter time and activities against multiple projects on the same timesheet. This is then automatically sent to multiple approvers to sign in just 2 clicks.

The timesheet signing process is unique as its totally secure yet does not require approvers to sign into any system. They receive an email with a unique link in that they click to go to a webpage and see an online secure pdf version of the timesheet.

This timesheet can be printed, just like a paper timesheet, or stored electronically in pdf format.

Users can see the status of their timesheet and from whom its awaiting signature. They can then contact that person if necessary or send an email reminder.

With the new automated features the process of distributing a timesheet is even quicker. If you are a management consultancy or integrator you get to know your spend so much sooner.

Benefits for integrators

Integrators or large companies with many subcontractors stand to benefit hugely by the improvements we’ve made. If you get all your subcontractors onto our timesheet software you can know almost instantly know what your spend is on a project. This saves having to wait for the invoices to arrive in the post. By the time you’ve reviewed and approved invoices it can easily be 6 – 8 weeks after the work was done, by which time its too late to react.

You need to know whether you’re on target or not. Are you underspending on a job because your subcontractor is not delivering? This can be just as bad as overspending but having the information to hand can put commercial and cost managers in the driving seat.

We can put you ahead of the game when it comes to negotiations with your client over project or programme delivery budgets or timescales. Call us now or use the contact form on the website to find out more about our standard and bespoke timesheet software pacakages.

The new and fully updated Time-Tracker will launch in March bringing a new level of ease to processing paper timesheets.

The system has now been fully automated enabling users to distribute their timesheets much faster. Users will now be able to see the status of their timesheet and from whom its awaiting signature, enabling them to contact that person if necessary.

With the new automated features users will select the entries they want to submit to their timesheet that will then be automatically sent for approval. As always the first person to sign the timesheet has to be the user themselves and every approver will continue to receive the familiar email that will take them straight through to the e-signing web page.

This means there is no change to the process for approvers.
