Simple Timesheet Software

The timesheet software is now fully automated and allows users to enter time and activities against multiple projects on the same timesheet. This is then automatically sent to multiple approvers to sign in just 2 clicks.

The timesheet signing process is unique as its totally secure yet does not require approvers to sign into any system. They receive an email with a unique link in that they click to go to a webpage and see an online secure pdf version of the timesheet.

This timesheet can be printed, just like a paper timesheet, or stored electronically in pdf format.

Users can see the status of their timesheet and from whom its awaiting signature. They can then contact that person if necessary or send an email reminder.

With the new automated features the process of distributing a timesheet is even quicker. If you are a management consultancy or integrator you get to know your spend so much sooner.
