Step 2: Send

The second step in the process is for the user/consultant to select the entries they would like to go into the timesheet. This is carried out from the same screen as the entries were created in, keeping it just as simple.

Some people like to enter their time against projects as they work and then submit all their entries at the end of the week. Time-Tracker supports users creating entries against projects at any time. Prior to the entry being submitted to a timesheet it can be edited by the user. This allows a user to capture details of activities day-by-day if they so wish, editing the entry each day to add more detail.

Once the entries have been selected, two clicks automatically creates the timesheet document and sends it to the user so they can start the signing process.

The selected entries are easily submitted to automatically create the document and even better is that you don’t have to  leave the screen that you used to create the entries from. We reckon creating the timesheet and submitting it should take no more than 60 seconds.
