Our solution is made up of four key steps. The first step is to Create the timesheet by entering the data into TimeTracker using our simple, no-fuss interface. It’s so simple that we reckon you could easily log-in and create an entry in under 30 seconds.
Each user receives a unique log-in to so they can enter their time spent on one or many projects. Secure Access is supported so passwords always remain secure.
Our standard solution supports the capture of all types of information commonly entered onto timesheets. We’ve listed a few below:
- Some consultants may perform different roles on different projects so we support the ability for them to pick the relevant ones
- We set-up all your project data for you. Users just pick the required project and all other details are populated for them
- A way of capturing any particular reference used, such as internal project codes
- Many organisations have procurement systems that generate Purchase Orders against which services must be invoiced
- These can be pre-defined or usrs can just enter their own text. If they are pre-defined then they are related to each specific project
Once the first entry is created the process can be repeated to add details for more projects.
